DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) is Modified on the basis of MEM Medium and has been widely used in the culture of various cells. DMEM medium was originally designed as a low-glucose medium with D-glucose 1000 mg/L, and later developed as a high-glucose medium with D-glucose 4500 mg/L. DMEM medium without D-glucose can be adjusted at will according to research needs.

 

 

 

This product contains many kinds of amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients needed for cell culture, without protein or growth factors, and needs to be used with 5-10% serum or no serum additives according to the type of cell.

 

 

 

This product is sterilized by 0.1 μm filter, pH 7.,0-7.4, without D-glucose, added 4.0 mM L-glutamine and 1.0 mM sodium pyruvate, containing phenol red indicator, without HEPES buffer system.

 

 

 

Storage and transportation

 

 

 

Normal temperature transportation; Stored at 2-8℃, valid for 12 months.

1. The product is filtered and sterilized, and sterile operation should be paid attention to when using to avoid contamination;
