Product introduction
This product is a mycoplasma inhibitor, composed of three antibiotics, respectively quinolones, tetracycline and macrolides. Optimized and debugable, this product can effectively interfere with DNA replication and protein synthesis of mycoplasma, thus preventing mycoplasma contamination during cell culture without affecting cells. At the same time, this product can also inhibit gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria, and can be used as a substitute for double resistance (Penicillin-Streptomycin) in daily cell culture.

steps
1. Add Mycoplasma Prevention Reagent (1000×) into the corresponding cell culture medium (including serum, without double antibody) in a ratio of 1:1000, and mix thoroughly;
2. Conduct cell culture according to conventional cell culture steps.
Matters needing attention
1. This product can inhibit mycoplasma in the process of cell culture. If the cell is infected with mycoplasma, it is recommended to use mycoplasma removal reagent (DIB4021, DIB4022, DIB4023).
2. The product should be kept at -20℃ to avoid repeated freeze-thaw; When added to the medium, it can be stored at 2-8℃ for at least 1 month.
